Steamboat…. Something that me and B love so much.. It started last year during Ramadhan.. Once I realized having steamboat at restaurant always unsatisfied me, i decide to do it on our own. The first steamboat that we had together was at Red Wok Bangi..the place nice..the lauk banyak..and everything was fine..we ate there with B’s friend sempena berbuka puasa.. the part that i don’t like is when we have to q for so long and the place was full with people and i’m starting to sweat..huhu a few days after raya, we went there again..this time its better.. less people, the atmosphere was cool (cause of rain) and i eat a lot.. 🙂 Next time I decide to bring my family along..hehe.

Nak dijadikan cerita knapa i rasa x satisfied makan steamboat at restaurant…. there was one time I ate stemboat with friends here in Terengganu.. the lauk sangat terhad..they offer more lauk like fish ball, crab stick, chicken ball and wat so ever balls or cakes.. Last time I ate  at KL got real crab, squid, dory, prawn, meat, chicken, lala, kerang, giant kepah, variety of mushrooms, eggs, corn and other vegetables and other heavy food to eat along such as spaghetti, sushi, fried rice and fried me, sweet sour chicken, lemon chicken bla bla bla….. and ice cream. Since I’m still studying and seldom going to Putra I x dapat makan steambot at my fav kedai tu.. B yang  has to come to me here in Terengganu and i always mention that i crave for steamboat..(xde baby dalam perut pun).. So we decide to do it on our own. We bought all lauk just like the one at Red Wok tu..hehe

qischuque and her FRGS

2 weeks ago, me and my sv received a good news.. Our Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) application was accepted..We received around rm 118,000.00. The grant allowed us to took a few students to run the research.The right person that come out from my mind was Radiah..Radiah is one of my friends that is still keep in touch with me. Since she is still not working, i told my sv that radiah is a good calon for our research.I told him since the day we apply for Exploratory Research Grant Scheme (ERGS)..malangnya takde rezeki for ERGS tuu..Dato’ Ikram said that they reject our ERGS application because of the technical error. My sv sign on behalf of Dr, Juriffah since she was at Mekah doing haji. So, we apply again but this time we apply FRGS phase 1 year 2012. we add more preliminary studies especially on theory based on Gaussian 09. Syukur Alhamdulillah..finally berjaya.Tak sia2 pun tak masuk lab masa tu cari paper n baca journal untuk siapkan FRGS application.Lastweek, my sv sign already which mean we agree to accept the offer.and last week also, we have discussed the right topic and research work for Radiah if she agree to further studies..I ask Rose to help me to ajak Radiah since Rose lagi rapat with her.bila Radiah cam nak accept, baru laa i ask Radiah for confirmation. When Radiah sangat confirm, i told my sv about the good news..Now Radiah tggu offer from AyahKu (my sv) plak.. One day when i just get back to office from lab, Ayahku said that dia dah minang Radiah.. 🙂 and Radiah terima..My sv decide to lantik her as RA before she officially registered as master student. tp malangnya, FRGS money will masuk in about 3 more month..just right before the new semester will start. So.. lambat lagi laa dapat bekerja with Radiah..huhu..

Yesterday, Radiah come to visit us to disscused about the research.. She looks just the same. She said she is now chubbier that before..but to me..i am more chubbier..dia tak ubah skit pon.. She seems very interested but still blur about the research..My sv, Ayah Ku dengan tekun explain to her what the research is all about. I search a few journal from sciencedirect and email her so that she can study and prepare for her research. I told her not to worry cuz the research is not really susah..just perlu ketekunan and kerajinan je.. 
Its good and feel good to see and help another malays jadi seorang academician.. we really need more academician nowdays.. I hope i can be a good one too to help to serve for my country and nation. Here’s a few bakal –bakal pensyarah di Malaysia…  ada rupa tak..hehehe..Aksi bebas nie..thats why we buat muka..hehe.. okay..that all for today.. will update again ..Chiow. 😉

Nothing makes me happier than staying with hubby all day long..hehe..last time on 30th March, B came Terengganu..for three days….terubat rindu after seminggu bercuti bersama. luckily my sv gave me extra holiday on Sunday..Thanks to AyahKu for being understanding.. 🙂 Before B’s arrival..Me bertungkus lumus siapkan all my labworks so that i will be 100% his when he is in Terengganu..Finishing lab work is not an easy task.. have to skip lunch..going back late…or sometimes walk alone at jalan belakang…tipu la if i said tak takut..it was sooo scary.. especially staying in the lab alone during maghrib..Alhamdulillah..stakat ni, nothing odd happened to me 🙂 paling-paling pun terserempak dengan biawak gergasi je.. 🙂

This is my working lab….my working place is the most spacious compared to other postgrad students..untuk kimia laa..  En. Yusry the science officer yg bg this place tau..not pandai-pandai saya je booking tempat sesuka hati..hmmph.dlam erti kata lain..–registered–. so, if other students wants to use my place, boleh je..tp kena la kemas balik after use.. 🙂

                          

Pict above is some of the analysis that i have to do to my samples.. up to today..i have aroung 270 samples.. to analyze..banyak oooo… Permanent Head damage la katakan..huhu..Stakat ni my head still superb.. 🙂
